To help owners understand the real impact, this page displays a dynamic overpayment tracker, starting July 2025 when the overpayment was implemented by the Board. For each unit type in Porto Bellagio, the table below is showing how much extra money owners have overpaid based on 38% increase vs a more reasonable alternative budget proposed of 20% increase that still funds future and current repairs.
